voiceover narration
programme and feature making
video / audio production
I have produced many programmes and features, and conducted many interviews for BBC radio and television programmes, ranging from news and consumer issues to music and religious programmes.
For many years I've been working as a freelance producer on "Celebration", BBC Radio Wales’s Sunday morning worship programme broadcast each week from a church in Wales. For the same station I have also produced several editions of "All Things Considered", the series which tackles religious issues in a thought-provoking manner.

A documentary produced by Stuart, recorded at the Ty Mawr Convent in south Wales for BBC Radio Wales' All Things Considered series.
"I don't have an output; I don't produce a widget," said one of the community of eight sisters. But life at Ty Mawr is no cosy sinecure. As Mary Stallard discovers, this is a busy community with much to do during the day. www.tymawrconvent.org
The programme was reviewed favourably in the Church Times newspaper.
"It is a complex business, capturing a sense of place on radio."
wrote Edward Wickham.
"It often comes down to a tone of voice, the pace at which the listener is taken from one scene to the next. When it is done well — as here — the listener falls into step with the narrative, and the heart-rate gently drops. Perhaps that was due to the generous allowance of plainchant."
